Terms and conditions:
1. Any glass / door furniture left on the door is done so at customers own risk, we do not take liability
2. Cannot guarantee the removal of stains / marks / dents or surface damage.
3. Any failed collection / delivery on the customers behalf will be charged accordingly.
4. Water / oil / acrylic based finished cannot be removed via the dipping process please refer to our hand stripping service
5. Due to the nature of our business prices quoted are subject to change
6. Times scales given for the work are approximate and cannot be guaranteed
7. Any doors taken down / re-hung is done so out of the drivers good will, he is not insured for this work therefore we take no responsibility for any damage.
8. We cannot be held responsible for the finish of our doors not matching other items of your furniture
9. we give two hour collection / delivery slots to which we plan carefully and generally never run early or late but please note this can occur within situations that are out of our hands i.e traffic jams.
10. Any tiles, brickwork or ornament details left of fireplaces are done so at your own risk, we do not take liability for loss or damage of these parts.

Collections / delivery
1. We offer a prompt collection / delivery service
2. We cover a vast range of area please call if you are unsure
3. We can offer early morning and evening collections/ deliveries
4. Same day service available dependant on location and needs
5. Two hour collection / delivery slots are allocated the day before
6. Our drivers can call you when on route
7. We can collect items from one address and deliver to another
8. We are flexible – please call with any questions you may have.
